1) You can make the payment by Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

To any one of our accounts (TRY) with Akbank, Finasbank, Garanti Bankası, T.İş Bankası and Yapı Kredi Bankası.

 

2) You can make the payment with your credit cards on our website

You can make online single payment with any credit card or benefit from our online installment opportunity with …………. Bank. In case of online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order transaction. In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, your credit card will be refunded within 3 business days.

 

3) Order Price Refund  

In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons, XXXXXX Limited Company returns the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you are required to provide your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to the financial authorities of our company.

 

4) Delivery

The products you have ordered will be delivered to the contracted courier company within 2 working days at the latest. Courier delivery time is 10 working days for products that take time to supply. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery.

Please check that the address on the online order form is up-to-date so that the product can be delivered without any delay.

The products will be sent from our Istanbul-based company to your contracted courier company.

You can consult our customer representative to discuss different delivery terms.

 

5) Payment Tracking

If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any issue, our visitor is informed about the issue at the end of the payment page.

In case of any inaccuracy in the address specified, the person who has placed the order is contacted regarding the failure to deliver the order.

The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent after the order is received.

We are responsible towards the bank, the credit card system of which we use, as much as we are responsible towards the customer regarding delivery.

Please take photos of the products that you think are damaged during shipment and inform your customer representative.

Fill out the damage assessment report sent to you and send it back to help@beethovenstore.com.

If you complete these steps, the procedure for defective products will be started and you will be informed about the issues as soon as possible.
